Wrong! Though a beautiful sunny California would have been the ideal weather to wake up to.. there was a dreadful downpour on the horizon.

..Okay, enough of the dramatizing, let me get to the real story here. I had attended a four day event this weekend and was staying at the Hyatt hotel where this morning I was held hostage by the valet.. I called the valet personnel this morning to make sure they would have my car ready. After sometime waiting I was ready to leave and went to get my car.. turns out the car was not ready yet, ok, big deal right? I end up waiting twenty minutes. ok, twenty minutes? what's going on? I ask them what the status of the car was because it had been twenty minutes already, they said that they were still getting it ready. Ten minutes pass.. WHERE IS MY CAR?? Really, what's going on? At this point the guy comes to me and tells me that they couldn't locate my key and if I could point it out the key, I told them it was a single gray Acura valet key, the man immediately found it!! Wow, I waited over thirty minutes just because they couldn't communicate that they didn't know which was my key!

I had a schedule to follow and clients to attend to..

So off I go to head to the salon.. well, that didn't go as smooth as expected, it turns out today was the LA Marathon! I have been so busy I forgot that the marathon was going on, and because of this the roads were blocked and I had to take a detour. Seriously though, I have an honest questions.. what were these people doing? They were running in the rain with ponchos.. come on seriously? You're running and sweating and you're already wet from the rain, what's this garbage bag going to do for you? If someone can truthfully answer this I would like to know!

Long story short, I had to reschedule my earliest client and today the sun was only shining in my heart... but thats a whole other blog!! ;) #love
