This year has been the most productive blur I have ever been a part of.  I feel that time flew by so fast here I am on October 1st,with 3 months left to the year and just now having a chance to speak about it all! There are many things in life that challenge us on a regular basis! It takes what most of us have least of,discipline,patience,focus,motivation.  I knew months ago the October was a month that I would organize things. I am sure I will stumble upon many things that I misplaced,or forgotten about.

 

I have deceided to start getting myself back into the best shape of my life! You look and feel amazing, and ther is nothing better than the challenge of a life time. I have already started to attend the gym. I am feeling full of energy and the results are starting to show. I have a long way to go, as I sculpt my figure. A few friends of mine have also joined in on the fun! I am calling it the 2012 Olympic challenge. It is where you start July or august and train for one full year, to get the best results. We choose a sport that will be in the olympics and that is what will motivate us througout the full year. We have to invision that we are training for one full year as if are in the actual Olypics. We also will compete throught the process in local events near or around the area. Then our big challege will be right before or after the actual 2012 olympic games. The point is to have a visual goal, have the motivation and fuel,see results, compete to check status,goal attained! This will be one of the many challenges I HAVE STARTED!! I will update the world on my training, and for thoose that want to join please let me what your method will be for the 2012 challenge!! I also want to see ho this will change your life and how that this wioll affect those around you once thay start to see results.

30 Days before I turn 30, and I wonder what everyday will bring?  I feel like I wake up a different person every single day.  I look back at my life and I think about all the things that I learned so far! I realized when you think you have a clue you realize that you dont.  That is atleast how I feel!!! Here in the South Bay it's June gloom! For those that do not know what that means it's the gray marine layer that covers the sky not allowing the sun in. Here in sunny California there is no room for gloom! A month like this can result in many things!! Sadness, weight gain, consumption of alcohol, a drastic hair cut, or even a breakup to name a few. On that note...my question to all: Is there a June gloom in your life preventing the sun in? and if so, why? I did, I knew something was bugging me but I couldn't put my finger on it. But after realizing that it was multiple things I started to do something about it to change the way I felt!! It’s all new so I don't have feedback on the matter as of yet! Stay tuned, and keep it shinny!!

I woke up early, went to church with my brother.  I love Easter!  I remember as a little girl always looking forward to searching for the plastic eggs filled with jelly beans and chocolates.  I sent my parents a beautiful card and bought the siblings the name brand chocolate bunnies... yes it matters!  I am all about chocolates.

 

Oh one more thing, I sent a happy Easter greeting to someone that I owe an apology to. I did not receive a response; I figured it would be my way of checking to see if the person would respond back or not.

I had attended a four day event this weekend and was staying at the Hyatt hotel where this morning I was held hostage by the valet.. I called the valet personnel this morning to make sure they would have my car ready. After sometime waiting I was ready to leave and went to get my car.
